"We Work On Your Behalf"

About Daniel Boman, Broker, SFR, CDPE, CRS, Broker

  • I am celebrating my 40th year as a Realtor in 2024! I have enjoyed helping many clients get into the home of their dreams. The home is the foundation for everyone.
  • I have represented and built new homes with Drake Construction Inc since 1988. Together we have designed and built many custom homes for our clients. If you are thinking of building a new home let us help guide the way!
  • I am a past President of the Council of Residential Specialists in 2013! Only 3% of all Realtors hold this special designation. Make sure you work with the best.
  • Did you know that you can use IRA or retirement funds to purchase real estate? Not many people are aware of that. I have helped clients make great investments using these funds and get cash flow from the properties. Ask me for more details.
  • My wife Gretchen and I work together as a team and bring over 65 years of combined service. Let us help you with all of your real estate needs.
Whether you're a buyer or seller, you can save time and simplify the process. Customize searches for properties, know when new properties that fit your search criteria come on the market or when prices change, and share properties easily. Our search capability includes MLS listings throughout the area so you have access to thousands of properties. New listings appear in our search engine within minutes of being listed.
